As of the 1st October 2024, we will no longer be accepting patient queries/requests via email. You can send in requests via our online consultation tab on the home screen. 

With Flu season fast approaching, we wish to let you all know that from the 3rd October 2024 we will be starting to hold our flu clinics. Please refer to this page for up to date information regarding walk in clinics.

A fit to work note, is form completed by a clinical member to inform your work if you are fit to work commonly referred to as sick notes. From the 1st October 2024 we will no longer be taking these requests over the phone, you can request these by going on to our online services tab and completing a 'admin query' this will be sent to the relevant clinician and actioned within two working days. You will recieve a message to confirm if your request has been accepted or declined. You will not need to call the surgery regarding this.
